Corridor Magazine first started in Bradford, West Yorkshire in May 1989. During the same month, the magazine’s founders appeared as guest presenters on the morning slot on Sheffield Hallam Radio.

Corridor was at that time a minimalist grass roots magazine and yet its advertisers ranged over a broad spectrum. The magazine became well known as an alternative publication and was widely distributed to shops and businesses throughout the Yorkshire area, picking up a faithful following along the way.

Corridor Magazine prides itself in being minimalist and has stood the test of time, despite competition from others, as it has been around in some form or another for over 21 years and there are not many magazines which are not owned by large publishing companies that can make such a claim.
